Waikiki

At present I have a huge headache, massive throbbing pain in my temple that is penetrating through my whole head like an earthquake. I keep looking at the clock and thinking 1 hour to go 1 hour you can do it, mymuscles are going into stressed spasming. But I can believe I can achieve (BLAHHHHH)Good new though ahead I am going to be working with one of my theatre Mentors AGAIN after wowit  must be 4 years now, I can't wait June I jump into the intensive with Tanya Gerstle, which will rock my socks. Good hard back to basics theatre making WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO. So exciting.I want to tell a story today about a man I spoke with on the phone the other day a lovely lovely man in his 70's who I called in regards to his a/c and purchases made, this man informed me that he and his wife hadgotten back from Singapore on holiday and that they had travelled the world, what happened was that his wife had cardio vascular problems and died in his arms..... at this point he began to weep and I tell youwhat I wasn't far from it myself, he then told me that one of the best holidays that he went on with his wife was Waikiki Beach in Hawaii, which is stunning. He then told me that in his wifes will her last wish wasto be cremated and sprinkled over Waikiki Beach, so he decided that he would keep her ashes and then when he dies he has made arrangements that they be mixed and both of them sprinkled over Waikiki Beah, hence why I called him he was spending on his card to do these transactions. But I thought it was a gorgeous story to be told and a better one to hear. One thing that struck me is that he told me he still senses his wifearound him her smell and he feels her touch him like a cloak over him, I found that extrodinary, I think it's marvellous, I had to pause ofter that and just breath in and stop myself from crying.I think of him often while I sit here infront of the screen I wonder what he is doing? I wonder what my father felt when my mother died and why I hav enever asked him if he was ok? we just never spoke about it? heworked hard and I studied hard and my brother had his life we never spoke about how we felt?  But in saying that I don't think I would change anything? My dad and I went overseas and pilgrimiged my mothers life,maybe that was his way of finding me peace? I think I found it?A
